Turnaround time is currently 15-18 business days, but we try to get everything out much sooner. We go to the post office twice a week.

We unfortunately do not ship to China, where animal testing is required for all beauty products. We apologize.

Orders are packed in the order received 99% of the time. If there are extenuating circumstances that delay your order, we will let you know right away.


Shipping costs are an estimation. If they are less than $2 off, either way, we will either accept the loss or apply the difference to the cost of packing materials. If the difference is higher, we will refund it ASAP. If we forget or mess up, please don't hesitate to remind us! This is a two person, two cat enterprise, so sometimes we are bound to overlook something.

All packages are shipped USPS first class, and you will receive an email when they are shipped. For some large, heavy orders we may upgrade it to Priority Flat Rate at no extra cost to you.

We ship items in packing peanuts and/or bubble wrap. These are not environmentally friendly, but our suppliers send our products packed in them, and we feel that the best way to handle that is to reuse them as much as possible.

We are not responsible for any customs charges or packages rejected by customs.

Please message us before leaving negative feedback. We are happy to work with our customers as much as possible to make sure everyone leaves happy!

On the other hand, we appreciate your feedback immensely! After leaving your first review, you will receive a coupon for 20% off your next order.

Please be aware that purchasing fragrances is always a risk, and we do sell affordable samples in order to aid our customers in choosing a scent that works with their body chemistry. If you have specific questions about a fragrance, just message us!

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If your product arrives damaged, a full or partial refund or a replacement will be provided.

Southern Comforts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our turnaround time is 10-17 business days. Because this is stated repeatedly throughout the shop, cancellations due to the TAT will not be accommodated. Cancellations in general can be made within twelve hours of ordering, since many items are made to order.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

*Please do an allergy patch test with any new cosmetic product on a very small area of your arm, and leave it on for 24 hours before applying liberally.

*While our work areas are all thoroughly sterilized, this is a home business run in a house that contains both nuts and cats. If you have a severe allergy to either, we would advise against using these products.

*Coconut, avocado, sweet almond, castor, and grapeseed oil are all used in the production process, and cross-contamination is possible. If you have a sensitivity, please let us know and we will make your product in a separate area using brand new tools.
